Mr. Magic provides you with customized marketing materials, tips, personalized QR code, URL, and website. It's as easy as spreading the word and letting people know they can support your cause while enjoying the benefits of a clean and shiny vehicle. It's a win-win!
Your supporters purchase our Magic Shine wash (a $25 value) through your Mr. Magic Car Wash fundraiser portal at a discounted rate of $20.00 per wash. At the end of the sale period, your group will receive 50% of the price of each wash sold ($10.00).
And the best part? Your supporter's prepaid Magic Shine Wash code never expires, so they can wash whenever they want at any of our 15 convenient locations throughout Pittsburgh & Morgantown.

Who qualifies for the Mr. Magic Fundraising Program?
Our fundraising program at Mr. Magic Car Wash is designed for 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, sports teams, schools and school affiliated groups, church and synagogue groups, and community groups. We'll help you make a difference, one sparkling car at a time!

Fundraiser FAQs
Spread the word about your fundraiser by promoting your URL & QR code through various channels, such as social media, text, email, and your organization's website.
Your organization can host one fundraiser per calendar year.
You are free to select the date and location of your fundraiser at Mr. Magic as long as there is no other event scheduled. Allow a minimum of 30 days from the date you submit your agreement to allow time for planning and promoting your event.
You’ll set up a Stripe account to link to your bank account. Every seven days, all the money you’ve raised will be automatically deposited into your account. There’s no waiting for the fundraiser to be over or waiting on a check to be processed and cut!
